- English (Compulsory) = 100 Marks
- Urdu (Compulsory) = 100 Marks
- Islamic Education (Compulsory) = 50 marks (Part I only)/ Pakistan Studies (Compulsory) = 50 marks (Part II only)
- Physics = 85 marks
- Chemistry = 85 marks
- Mathematics= 100 marks
- Note: The same subjects are studied in FSc Pre-Engineering part II. FSc is a two-year programme in parts with 520 marks each year. Thus, total marks of FSc are 1100
